Our spot guides list the schools, kit hire, shops and places to stay that riders look for when they choose where to ride. If your business is one of them, you can check your listing, put right anything we got wrong and choose the photos we show. It is free, and it stays free.
What claiming your listing means
Claiming your listing means confirming the details we show about your business, from the email address your business publishes. We wrote each listing from the business's own website and public sources, so parts of it may be out of date. You can correct what you offer, your season and the prices you publish, and send us photos to show.
It is free, and it stays free. There are no placement fees and no paid listings. Nothing you do here changes where you appear or what our wind figures say: claiming, sending photos, linking to us or mentioning us changes none of it, and a listing nobody has claimed is never moved down.
You can correct facts about your own business. You cannot change the wind figures, the grades, the hazards or the local rules, or anything about another business. We research and check those ourselves, against independent sources.
We launched in September 2026, so few riders read our pages yet, and we make no promises about the visits we send you. We would rather your listing was right before the pages get busy.
How to claim your listing
Email us from the address your business publishes on its own website, or reply to our email if we have written to you. A message from that address is how we know it comes from the business. Tell us the spot and the listing, and what should change.
If you write from a different address, we write to the address your business publishes and ask you to confirm before we change anything. We check each correction against your website and make it within 7 days.
To send photos, attach them or tell us which ones on your website, and write the word "agreed". That gives us the licence below, and nothing more.

When you send us photos and reply "agreed", you, the business, let Zenoo Ltd, which runs WindChaser, use those photos on these terms.
- Where. On your listing on our spot guide at windchaser.ai, on the map card for your business, and in the share image for that page (the picture shown when someone shares the link). Nowhere else unless we ask you first.
- How. We may resize and crop them, and in a share image darken them and set the page name over them. We will not otherwise change them.
- Credit. We credit you by name in the photo credits on that page.
- It stays yours. This is free and not exclusive: you keep every right and can use the photos anywhere else. We will not sell them, pass them to anyone else or use them in adverts.
- Taking them down. Email hello@windchaser.ai and we will remove any photo from the site within 7 days. We cannot recall copies other people have already made, for example of a shared link.
- Your part. You confirm the photos are yours to give us (you took them, or the photographer agreed) and that anyone clearly recognisable in them is happy to be shown.

Taking a listing or a photo down
Photos: email us and we will remove any of your photos from the site within 7 days, as point 5 of the licence says.
Your listing: if you would rather your business was not listed, email us from the address your business publishes and we will remove the listing. We keep a listing that is about safety, such as a rescue service, and we do not remove a listing because another business asks.
If we have written to you and you would rather we did not write again, reply "stop" or email us, and we will not contact you again. We act on it the same day.
